Description

BEGINNING SELF-TYING FOR EVERY BODY (BY CHAOS)

Learning to self-tie can be a fantastic way to get your kink on when you’re alone, or it can be a fantastic way to grow your rope skills, or both! -Chaos (they/them) is a local Columbus kinkster with a passion for kink and rope accessibility for all body sizes and abilities.

Please bring rope (we will have some available if you don’t have any), and a comfy floor mat (we will have some). If you can’t comfortably sit on the floor, don’t worry, you can adapt from sitting in a chair!

MEET YOUR EDUCATOR:

Chaos is a neurodivergent lifelong kinkster who dabbles in the weird, the woo, and the outright ridiculous. While they can usually be found off somewhere doing stupid things (safely), their passion in kink is helping to make kinky dreams and goals come true.  As a rope switch, self-tie hobbyist, and self-suspender, they love to introduce rope to anyone who wants to touch it, partnered or otherwise!

They started out their rope career as a bottom, switching to almost primarily self-tying in 2020, followed by a jump to topping in 2022. These days, they have brought their journey full-circle, and can be found primarily bottoming, self-tying, and topping for their polycule and at Trauma!

Their passion project is making sure rope is accessible, available and safe, and they're currently focused on learning and teaching in ways to make that happen.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

This is an educational event geared towards beginner rope practitioners, with a special focus on helping people tying safely alone at any body size, whether you are tying for self-fun, or to practice tying on other people.

No prior rope experience is needed. This is a fantastic chance to learn rope skills hands-on with a helpful local rope educator, who is dedicated to helping rope and kink be accessible to people of all body sizes and abilities.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please bring rope if you have some (we will have some for you if you don’t). If you wish to be on the floor, please bring a comfy floor mat/floor covering if you have one (we will have some if you don’t).

And if you wish to be on a chair, and you have a comfy chair you prefer, feel free to bring it, but we have plenty, so you don’t have to.

WHO’S THIS EVENT FOR?

Anyone who wants to learn more about kinky rope, or learn more about self-tying in rope, or wants to learn rope skills specific to tying all bodies. Also appealing to people who like getting education from Thems (-Chaos is a them).
