The portal has reopened
CAT RAVE 2.0
CAT. DANCE. PARTY.
Last time, Cat Rave sold out. Apparently, Columbus was more than ready to crawl into the dark, put on cat ears, and lose its collective mind to the rhythm.
So we’re opening the portal again.
Cat Rave 2.0 is one part mysterious underground EDM event, one part internet cat fever dream, and one part fundraiser for very real cats and very real people.
Expect house, techno, and electro from DJ Skon, DJ Meowski, and Ge0rg1a, plus lasers, black lights, cat memes, human-sized cardboard boxes, strange little surprises, and an unreasonable concentration of cat ears.
Party with a purpose
Proceeds benefit Colony Cats & Dogs and the Autonomy Project LGBTQIA+ Mutual Aid Fund.
Music by
THE CAT RAVE DJs
DJ SKON
DJ MEOWSKI

Win mysterious treasures
CAT RAVE RAFFLE
The raffle call will take place at 12:20 AM, immediately after the music ends.
You do not need to be present to win. Clearly write your name and email address on your raffle ticket so we can contact you.
Winners have two weeks to pick up their prizes. Prizes not collected within that time are returned to the Autonomy Project donation pool for a future event.
Dress code
INTERPRET “CAT” DRAMATICALLY
Wear cat ears. Wear leopard print. Wear a shirt bearing the enormous face of your beloved household tyrant. Become a glamorous alley cat, a void creature, a stray from the cyberpunk future, or an actual cat-shaped conceptual problem.
Cat-themed attire is strongly encouraged. At minimum, throw on some ears and commit to the bit.
No costume contest this year. Instead, we’ll be circulating throughout the event with individual prizes for excellent costumes.
ACCESS & COMMUNITY
Wicked Eden is wheelchair accessible. Cat Rave will also include a seated dance area and a low-sensory lounge for guests who need a different way to experience the event.
We welcome people across races and ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, bodies and abilities, economic backgrounds, sex worker communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC communities, neurodivergent people, alternative lifestyle communities, and every level of rave experience.
Engage with empathy and curiosity. Ask instead of assuming. Respect consent, personal space, names, pronouns, boundaries, and other people’s right to participate in ways that work for them.
JOIN THE CAT HERD
Our events are powered by community volunteers. Volunteering is one of the easiest ways to meet people, get involved with the Autonomy Project, and help us build welcoming, accessible events. Volunteers may also receive perks such as discounted or free access to events and classes.
