Embark on a journey of discovery and connection in the first workshop of our series, where we challenge conventional notions of intimacy and delve into the multi-faceted world of physical connection.
Intimacy is often equated solely with sexual activity, but in reality, it encompasses a vast array of experiences and interactions. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll explore the many dimensions of physical intimacy, both within romantic relationships and beyond.
Join us as we explore:
-
Intimate Connection with Self: Learn practices for cultivating a daily connection with your own body, fostering self-awareness and self-appreciation.
-
Communication of Desires: Understand your own desires and boundaries when it comes to physical touch, and gain the confidence to communicate them effectively to others.
-
Language of Sensual Touch: Develop a nuanced vocabulary for describing and exploring sensual touch with partners, fostering deeper connection and understanding.
-
Healing through Intimacy: Discover how physical intimacy can be a powerful tool for releasing tension and pain from the body, promoting relaxation and well-being.
By the end of the workshop, you'll emerge with:
- A renewed appreciation for yourself and your body.
- A redefined understanding of physical intimacy in all your relationships.
